Westbrook
Inn
Bed and Breakfast was built in 1876 by a local sea captain. The extra rooms
were used to house local travelers and seamen who passed through Westbrook
needing a place to rest.
Over the years it became part of an
annex for a famous resort that housed actors vacationing from New York
to Connecticut.
Today,
this beautifully restored, four-season inn has 10 charming rooms
including a two-bedroom cottage complete with a full kitchen & a
working, gas fireplace. |

Your Hosts ~
Your hosts are Glenn and Christine, a
husband & wife team, who see to
every detail, along with a wonderful staff, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
A well established Inn, the Innkeepers purchased the Westbrook Inn over
18 years ago and have taken special care to meticulously restore
the Inn back to it's period charm of 1876. Another vast addition
completed in 2000 by Glenn shows the hard work and attention to detail
in everything from the hand picked fieldstone in the fireplace to the
250 year old chestnut floors in the library and foyers. Christine
enjoys decorating, gardening, baking and makes the inns pillows and
lampshades to give the inn a warm & elegant atmosphere.
