Westbrook Inn Policies

WESTBROOK INN BED AND BREAKFAST POLICIES

CHECK-IN 

Check-in is between 3pm – 6 pm. 

We staff for Check in until 6 pm. If you need to check in after that time, please follow the Self Check-in directions. 


SELF CHECK IN (AFTER 6 PM) 

Use the Keypad on the Front or Great Room Doors and enter the LAST FOUR DIGITS of your Booking Phone Number. 

Proceed to your room where you will find your room key and guest book for information. 

Room directional information is located at both entrances. 


BREAKFAST 

Breakfast is included with your stay and is served from 8am to 9am daily. We offer Chef's Choice each morning as well as a few healthy options. 


Please let us know if you have allergies or dietary restrictions when booking. 


CHECK OUT 

Check out is 11 a.m. 


EARLY CHECK IN/ LATE CHECK OUT 

We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs. You may decide to use the property without room access before 3PM. Please call the inn to make advance arrangements. 


Guests using guest rooms outside contracted hours will incur a $50 fee. 


PETS 

We have two dog friendly rooms: THE SALT ISLAND and THE DUCK ISLAND. We welcome friendly dogs for $25 per night. Dogs are allowed on the grounds, but not in the Main Inn. 


SMOKING 

For the comfort of all our guests, we are a non-smoking/vaping Inn. 


CHILDREN 

Our property is set up for the enjoyments of adults. We welcome well-behaved children with parental supervision. 


PAYMENT SCHEDULE 

We hold a deposit equal to one night room fee upon booking. 


The balance of your reservation will be automatically charged 7 days prior to the start of your reservation. 


Please call in advance if you would like to schedule another form of payment. 


CANCELLATIONS 

If booking directly with the Inn, you may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to seven days prior to check-in


Cancellations within seven days will be charged the cost of the reservation. Please see our Travel Protection coverage for flexible cancellations. 


NON-DIRECT BOOKINGS (Expedia, Booking.com, etc) 

If you have booked through a 3rd party website (i.e. Booking.com or Expedia) you must cancel through that 3rd party site. Please refer to their site for corresponding cancellation policies. 


We require you to cancel 14 days in advance if you have not booked directly with us. 


EVENT BOOKINGS or ROOM BLOCKS 

Please refer to your contract as to the cancellation policy. Standard room policies will not apply. 


TRAVEL PROTECTION COVERAGE 

If you are concerned with health-related interruptions to your travel, we recommend adding Worry Free Booking to your stay.
