WESTBROOK INN BED AND BREAKFAST POLICIES

We are thrilled you will be staying with us and look forward to making your stay special.

CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN
  • Check-in is at 3 PM or later. For your convenience, we offer CONTACTLESS CHECK-IN.
  • To Enter the Inn you will use Enter through the front door.
  • Use the Keypad and enter the LAST FOUR DIGITS of your Phone Number.
  • Your room key will be in your room.


BREAKFAST

Breakfast is included with your stay and is served from 8am to 9am daily. We offer Chef's Choice each morning. Please let us know if you have allergies or dietary restrictions when booking.

CHECK OUT
Check out is 11 a.m.

EARLY CHECK IN/ LATE CHECK OUT
We are a small inn with limited staff. We pride ourselves on thorough housekeeping ater each guest. For that reason, we do not offer early check in's or late check outs. If you would like to make arrangements to use the property without room access earlier that 3PM, please call the inn to discuss. Guests using guest rooms outside contracted hours will incur a $50 fee. Thank you for your understanding.

PETS
We have two dog friendly rooms: THE SALT ISLAND and THE DUCK ISLAND. We welcome friendly, well behaved dogs for $25 per night. Dogs are allowed anywhere on property, except the Main Inn. Pet owners are responsible for any damage to the room or grounds caused by your pet.

USE OF OUR PROPERTY
For the comfort of all our guests, we are a nonsmoking/vaping Inn. Our property is appropriate for well-behaved children with parental supervision. Most rooms can only accommodate two, so please call to be sure your room choice may be booked with a child. We understand accidents happen. Any damage incurred will result in a room charge based on the extent of the damage.

CANCELLATIONS
STANDARD ROOM RESERVATIONS: We hold one night stay as a deposit upon booking. You many cancel your reservation without penalty up to 7 days prior to your arrival. Due to the intimate nature of our Bed and Breakfast any cancellation received within 7 days of arrival will be responsible for their entire stay. You will be charged the balance of your stay 7 days prior to check in.

Worry Free Booking
If you are concerned with health related interruptions to your travel, We recomend adding Worry Free Booking to your stay. This allows for health or bereavement related cancellations with documentation. You can choose this option when booking online on our site. While you will be required to pay for the entirety of your stay upon booking plus 10%, you will have the flexibility to cancel at any time without penalty, if cancellation is due to immediate family illness or death.

3rd Party Bookings
Please note: If you have booked through 3rd party website (i.e. Booking.com or Expedia) you must cancel through that 3rd party site. Please refer to their site for corresponding cancellation policies.

EVENTS or ROOM BLOCK Fees
If you have booked a Wedding, Elopement, Event or Group Room Block with us, you have 3 days from booking to cancel. After 3 days any deposits, fees or payments received according to a payment schedule, will be forfieted. PLEASE REVEIW THIS POLICY CAREFULLY AS CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED.

CONTACTLESS CHECK IN
We offer Contactless Check-in. You may arrive anytime after 3PM and use the Key Pads on the Main Doors to enter. Instructions: Enter Last 4 Digits of your Phone Number Open the Door.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge one night stay at booking. You may cancel up to 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Due to the intimate nature of our Bed and Breakfast, cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will be responsible for the entire stay. We are happy to move your reservation to another date within one year of your initial reservation, based on availability. We unfortunately cannot make date changes within 48 hours of stay or if your stay is over a Holidays. Worry Free Booking If you are concerned with health related travel interruptions, We recomend adding Worry Free Booking to your stay. This allows for health related cancellations with documentation. You can choose this option when booking online on our site. There is a 10% charge for this feature. 3rd Party Bookings: Please note: If you have booked through 3rd party website (i.e. Booking.com or Expedia) you must cancel through that 3rd party site. BALANCE DUE
The balance of your reservation will be automatically charged to your booking credit card 7 Days prior to arrival.

ARRIVAL TIMES
1:00 PM - 11:00 PM
If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, the first night's rate will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

SCHEDULED DEPOSIT
7 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), 100% of the remaining balance will be collected. Applies to: all reservations.

0 days before arrival, $1.00 will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: stays arriving during 9/8/2023-9/9/2023.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 2 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 70 pounds. Friendly, well behaved dogs allowed in THE SALT ISLAND and THE DUCK ISLAND rooms for $25 per night per pet. Dogs are welcome on the grounds and outdoor spaces. Please do not bring pets into Main Inn. Any damage to the room or grounds caused by your pet will be pet owners responsibility.
