Happy Summer from Meri & Marcus


It's summer, and the Shoreline is alive with visitors! We love getting out on the water so this is a favorite time of year for us. There are so many ways to enjoy the Long Island Sound - whether kayaking or chartering a sailboat or vintage day cruiser, you can appreciate the shoreline's beauty when you get on the water. We dock our boat at a local marina and enjoy the peacefulness of sitting on the bow with a cocktail in the afternoon.


Another of our favorite summertime activities is Ice Cream - yes, it's an activity for us : ). I love hard ice cream and Marcus loves soft serve, but we can agree that Honey Cone in Chester is worth visiting. Besides creative flavors, they have amazing toppings like toasted marshmallows. So delicious! 


Whatever you enjoy doing in the summer, we hope that a visit with us will become one of your favorite summer experiences.
